Reporting a repair

Our service will be right first time, provide excellent value for money, meet needs, achieve the highest performance and be at the leading edge in skills, technology and partnering.

You can now report a repair online using our new easy to use system. Rather than trying to describe the problem over the phone, you can now see pictures of repairs and identify which one matches your problem.

To report an emergency repair call our customer contact centre on 01642 771300.

Our appointment times are:

All day (Monday to Friday - any time between 8am and 4pm)

Morning (Monday to Friday between 8am and 12 noon)

Afternoon (Monday to Friday between 12.30pm and 5pm)

School run (Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm)

For gas services

Thursday (between 4pm and 7pm) 

Saturday (between 8am and 12 noon)


We operate a priority system of repairs (see frequently asked questions).

We will monitor how effective our repair service is and ensure as a customer, your views are always taken into consideration.

We may charge you for any damage to your home which has not been caused by wear and tear. We may also charge for certain repairs which fall outside our responsibility.
