Tenant Services

Our housing management service is now called Tenant Services. This reflects the changes we have made to the service, to put more focus on the individual needs of our tenants. The new Tenant Services provides a more individual and personalised service and is based on what you, our tenants, told us you wanted to see changed. 

How does the new service affect me?

Over the next few weeks, your new tenant advisor will be getting in touch with you to introduce themselves and tell you more about what the new service can offer. Your tenant advisor will now be your first point of contact in the majority of cases and will have a direct dial phone number so you will always be able to get in touch. 

The team work in line with our company values and service charter and will treat customers with respect at all times.
